The Bridge Program is dedicated to increasing the number of PhDs from underrepresented groups in fields like astronomy, biology, chemistry, materials science, and physics. Over the past 20 years, we’ve supported more than 180 students through mentorship and world-class research.
Postdoc mentors play a vital role by offering career advice while still remembering the challenges of graduate school. Your experience is invaluable to our students as they navigate their academic and professional journeys.
