Summer is upon us, and it's a great opportunity to remind your teams to take advantage of paid time off and well-being benefits during the summer months.
This month we're celebrating the close of one leadership program and the start of another, as well as addressing workspace needs.
In case you missed it, during May's People Leader Forum, the Learning & Development team shared their new website and an overview of the robust suite of learning programs they offer. You can view slides here and watch the recording here.
The next meeting will be in August.
Tell us how you like the forums by submitting feedback here.

ASPIRE Applications Now Open |
|
|
Applications for ASPIRE, one of Georgia Tech’s premiere leadership development programs, are now open for the 2025 cohort. The program is for employees who do not yet have direct reports, but would like to explore what it takes to be an effective people leader.
ASPIRE is also a co-learning experience between supervisors and the employee participant, so be prepared to share in the experience with employees who apply and are accepted. If you have an employee interested in people leadership, we encourage you to urge them to apply. Be sure to share this application link with them. Applications close July 25.

Q12 Survey Microlearning Session |
As Georgia Tech leadership has promised, we're analyzing feedback from the recent Gallup Q12 Employee Engagement Survey in bite-size pieces we're calling "microlearning sessions."
This time, we're taking a closer look at Q04: In the last seven days, I have received recognition or praise for doing good work.
At Georgia Tech, recognition is an important part of making our employees feel appreciated, and it’s not just to boost morale. Recognition directly impacts engagement, retention, and the overall success of the Institute.
To view a recording of the full analysis of how employees feel about their unit’s recognition and tips on how to bolster recognition on your team, visit the recognition website or click the button below.
|
|
|
| In line with Georgia Tech's culture of recognition, we'll introduce colleagues each month who demonstrate the Institute's values through their daily actions.
