GREAT AMERICAN CLEANUP

Do you feel it? It's almost spring, which means... It's almost cleanup season!

The Great American Cleanup is the the nation's largest community improvement program, and in Cincinnati, thousands of volunteers come together to improve the quality of life in their neighborhood.
KCB can provide supplies, logistical support, and assist with volunteer recruitment for all registered Great American Cleanup events.
ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION

Walnut Hills High School Environmental Mentorship in partnership with KCB

It's been another successful year for our WHHS Mentorship Program. Over the course of 6 weeks in January and February, students participated in group projects with the goal to tackle a local environmental issue under the guidance of volunteer mentors.

These student groups presented their research to an audience of environmental experts, parents and educators -- great job students!

Special thanks to the Duke Energy Foundation for their sponsorship and the volunteer mentors who shared their time and expertise with the student groups.
