Okemo E-Time Card
After many years of paper time cards, the time has finally come to go digital! Keystone and Breckenridge successfully used this electronic time card to pay all instructors last season. Beaver Creek and Park City also ran pilot programs with large success. We are excited to roll out this new process to improve the accuracy of employee time reporting and help with Vail Resorts' Commitment to Zero initiative.
Moving forward, all instructors will use the electronic time card instead of a paper time card when submitting their time. Applicable time includes:
- Private lessons
- Group lessons
- Leading training
- Attending required training including LIFT Training (under Miscellaneous)
- Any additional/miscellaneous pay

Use the above QR code to open the e-time card. You can print the QR code out and tape it to your pass and it will also be on display in all locations.
