Career Development Office Transitions to New System
The move to 12twenty reflects the LLS Career Development Office's ongoing efforts to provide improved services and experiences for our students, alumni and employer partners. 12twenty also offers students the opportunity to use the platform entirely on their personal mobile device, reducing the barrier to successful career outcomes.
12twenty enables the Career Development Office to further streamline graduate survey administration and reporting. LLS CDO recently adopted another new service, Flo Recruit, for virtual and in-person recruiting and interviewing. The tool will benefit LLS On-Campus Interview (OCI) program participants. Flo Recruit received an overwhelmingly positive reception from student and employer users who used it for LLS Spring OCIs.
