219 is specially treated to better withstand damp and moisture, and remains firmly applied in temperatures from -20°C to +40°C, making it a reliable plastic-free taping alternative that can withstand export shipping, long-term storage and chilled applications.

The Impact of Conflict, Plastic Tax, & PPWR - MUK at the Bank of England

Earlier this month our Compliance Officer Laura took part in a roundtable discussion hosted by the Chartered Institute of Export & International Trade at the Bank of England.

There was a shared experience with all attendees on the pressure of rising inflation and pricing volatility caused by the Iran conflict, as well as the growing regulatory of burdens of Plastic Packaging Tax, and the forthcoming PPWR giving us additional challenges in making sustainable packaging more affordable for customers.

Being a part of this meeting has meant that Manupackaging UK was able to contribute real-time industry insights straight to the Bank of England that we hope will influence future decisions which will ultimately help our customers.
