Forging and maintaining customer relationships is our driving force at Equinox. As a result, we get to work with the most awesome and loyal customers in telecom. To illustrate this point, we’re featuring Cassandra Monroe in this ‘Customer Spotlight’.
At her current company for 11 years now, Cassandra joined the Equinox community just over 4 years ago when her employer licensed TeleLink to extract, filter, and store usage data for analysis as well as mediation to their billing system. As a Billing Operations Manager, Cassandra says that “TeleLink is an awesome, easier, faster way to perform mediation! What used to take the better part of a day is now automated, for significant time savings. It’s fantastic.”
When Equinox revamped and reintroduced the TeleLink User Group Meeting (TUGM) this year, Cassandra was quick to sign up. Cassandra loved the event “because it helped me maximize TeleLink, gave me a better understanding of different system components, let me connect with like-minded professionals, and included training.”
With 21 years in the industry, Cassandra has worked with lots of folks in telecom, so it’s great to hear her say that responsiveness and lack of red tape are what sets Equinox Support apart from others. She explains that, “Equinox takes ownership of the issue to completion, and that’s pivotal. The team helps us fight fires and understand the underlying issue.” In particular, Cassandra expressed appreciation for Kevin’s calming, patient nature, Christi’s phenomenal turnaround time, and Eric’s willingness to jump right in and help when needed.
When she’s not saving tons of time by letting TeleLink automate mediations, Cassandra has a hobby that is both fun and extremely practical. Cassandra loves COUPONING. Refusing to pay full price for anything, she finds real joy in using coupons to get a bargain. She has elevated this hobby to an art form, even teaching some coworkers the finer points of using coupons to bargain shop. Not only does Cassandra enjoy the act of couponing, but she puts her savings to good use. Last year, she funded her daughter’s entire trip to Disney World, including spending money, with her coupon windfall!
