We also want to thank all of you for the hard work and dedication you continue to bring every day. As we approach one of our busiest times of the year, remember to take care of yourself and reach out for support whenever you need it.

We are currently skiing on 79 trails and 9 lifts, with lift access out of both Clock Tower and Jackson Gore base areas. Our next areas of focus will be to open Sachem trail and terrain off South Face. Mixed precipitation and fluctuating temperatures will certainly make the snow conditions interesting for the next few days. Likely nothing Okemo has not seen before. Keeping yourself safe should be your #1 priority.

We are close to, or already at capacity, in all of our group lesson and private lesson products through the new year. Similar to every year at this time, we are seeing a strong demand for lessons and we appreciate all of you that have added extra days to your schedule over the holidays.

Shuttle services will be provided for guests going to and from our Jackson Gore base area. Guests in need of transportation to their lesson will inquire at the Jackson Gore Inn front desk or the Guest Services office at the Clock Tower base.

For this season, we have created a time card link that will autofill your name, employee number, and email. Simply, use this link on your mobile device or computer, which will take you through your Epic Employee Profile to autofill these details. You can set a bookmark directly on your home screen next to all of your apps. Once you have the link above open: in Safari, click on the share button (square with arrow) and select "save to home screen."

Please do not bookmark the smartsheet page on your device, as this will cause your timesheet to auto populate the date you bookmarked it rather than the current date. For this reason, we strongly encourage you to to access your timecard through the Okemo Ski and Ride School App shown below.

New this year we now have a smartphone app for the Ski and Ride School! Simply, click here to download it and then follow the steps to add it to your home screen.

As we move into our busy holiday periods here at Okemo, it is extremely important that all employees are in their proper work uniform including a visible nametag. 

Nametag requests are made through your supervisors. Please let them know your name and the hometown that you would like printed on your tag so they can put in an order.

If you have yet to pick up your uniform for the season, please contact your direct supervisor for assistance.

We are celebrating the passage of the Respect for Marriage Act. We supported this legislation because it is important to us that each of our teammates feels supported and fulfilled. That may be tough to do if you are worrying about whether or not your marriage will lose equal protection under the law—a threat many of our LGBTQ+ colleagues were facing before the act's passage this week. Codifying a consistent and inclusive federal standard as decided by the Loving, Windsor, and Obergefell rulings will help to ensure marriage equality across the US, and is aligned to our core values to Be Inclusive and Do Right.
