Taco Farm Tortillas now bigger!

My kids like quesadillas, and they are often a quick lunch here, but the corn tortillas from Taco Farm are all grown up now... Available in the classic mini size and now as a large tortillas as well! Corn tortillas have a great flavour and crunch when toasted! Aura sent me this mouthwatering photo of her dinner - Taco Farm Large Corn Tortillas filled with chicken, cheddar, Guns Hill Gouda and fire roasted peppers.

Hewitt and Harmony Dairy items are back!

We missed them on the first monday pickup, but you shouldn't miss these dairy products next pickup. We love all the available cheeses, the milk, the special goat products including the ice cream!

Friday night Pizza!

In the cooler weather my family celebrates Friday night pizza and movie night. We love the mozzarella balls from Local Dairy, make sauce from the Ontario Natural Tomatoes in cans and what could be easier than frozen pizza dough from Golden Hearth - available in white, whole wheat and spelt! Start your own food tradition!

Look for:

Bauman Apiaries baking is back! They have crackers, cookies, energy bars and more.
Stock up on squash! Varieties available will decrease as the season continues. Store yours for use all winter!
Torta and Black Sheep are back from Monforte.
Organic Dried Beans from Lena Horst are available in limited supply
Organic Frozen Fruit (Gooseberries, Black Currants and Raspberries) from Brenda Knechtel
Celeriac from Sam Bowman may be ugly, but it's great in soups and even better sliced very thin and fried like potato chips!
