Co-op News
Good morning, and happy Friday the 13th! If you’re reading this from inside a salt circle or while wearing copper-threaded socks for "grounding," we get it. But honestly, Friday the 13th isn't bad luck to us—it's just another day for good hummus!
The good news is we’ve checked all the aisles for hexes. Everything’s clear except for the bulk bins, which are always a little chaotic. On to the updates, and thanks for reading.

Enter Now for Your Chance to Win $150 of World-Class Cheese!
FILL OUT THOSE BRACKETS! DEADLINE TO ENTER MARCH 15
Why watch people run back and forth on a basketball court when you can witness the raw, unbridled drama of Cheese Madness? Once again, we’ve joined co-ops across the country for this annual event, which pits 16 world-class cheeses against each other in a fun taste test where you choose the winner.
Seriously, this is a lot of fun and super popular, with regular free cheese samplings. (What's not to love?) Best part: if your predictions are sharper than an extra-aged cheddar, you could walk away with $150 in cheese glory!
Think of it as the thrill of a big college basketball tournament, but with significantly better snacks. Remember, the deadline is March 15. Go here to participate.

Co-op Bravely Enters 20th Century with New Text Updates
Stop the presses! The Co-op has officially discovered the "cellular telephone." In a daring leap into the late 20th century, we’re introducing Co-op text updates. Now you can get notifications sent straight to that glowing rectangle in your pocket. (Boy, this internet thing is neat!)
Seriously, we're slow adopters of technology. We know this. We spent a lot of time looking for a platform we feel good about, and this is it. It’s fast, convenient, and way more efficient than us yelling "THE AVOCADOS ARE RIPE" from the roof.
Go here to opt in. By giving us your number, you agree to receive texts from your friends at the Co-op. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Message frequency varies, and data rates may apply. See this page for details about terms and how we're downright obsessed with protecting your privacy.
Best part? You stay in the loop without having to actually, you know, talk to anyone on the phone!

Hit Us Up for All the Best St. Patrick's Day Fixings
Let’s be honest: St. Patrick’s Day is mostly an excuse to see how much savory, salty goodness one plate can structurally support. Our stores have got all the heavy hitters: red and grey corned beef, local veg, and Irish soda bread that’s crustier than a Brendan Gleeson character. Just add a dark stout and some Dropkick Murphys at a questionable volume. Sláinte!

Shoutout to Local Road Warriors! Transit Driver Appreciation Day
If you’ve ever tried parallel parking a minivan, imagine doing it with a bus—for eight hours—sometimes in an Upper Valley snowstorm. I know. We couldn't do it either.
Transit Driver Appreciation Day is March 18, and we're donating snacks to Vital Communities for distribution between Advance Transit and Upper Valley-based Tri Valley Transit drivers—all 87 of 'em! A huge shoutout to our friends at Vital Communities for coming up with this whole idea, and to our fabulous staff for securing the goodies. Team effort!
Our local drivers do so much to keep our community moving. Let’s give these road warriors the hero treatment!

Our Pi Day Pick!
CELEBRATE THE IRRATIONAL LOVE OF GOOD CRUST
Pi—our all-time favorite mathematical constant. Numbers are cool and all, but we’ve always preferred a flaky, buttery crust. This Pi Day, we’re skipping the geometry and heading straight for the Saxy Chef pies!
Celebrate March 14 Co-op style and devour the pie of your choosing. (Pizza counts. We don't judge.) Our recommendation? In honor of Women's History Month, go with Saxy Chef—local, woman-owned, and available in our NH stores. Woot!
Hand-crafted by legendary chef Aubrey Saxton and her team, these pies are proof that some circles are just better than others. Whether you’re a purist or just here for the 3.14 of it all, grabbing a local, woman-owned masterpiece is the most logical decision you’ll make all week. It’s science, sort of!
