Excitement is building for the 2021 ATMIA Canada conference

Excitement is building for the 2021 ATMIA Canada conference!

Although the ATMIA Canada Virtual Conference was a great success, you can now start counting down the days to the in-person event in Vancouver.  The Canada conference is now scheduled for May 18-19, 2021, still at the Sheraton Wall Centre.
Registration is available now on the conference website – and these are the lowest rates you will see.  Did you miss the 2016 and 2018 conferences?  Then you qualify for the 'New Attendee' rate and can save a little more, whether you are a member or non-member.
Most of the speakers who committed to the original in-person event are still committed to participating in our program next year.  Take a look at the online agenda, but be sure to check back as new sessions will be approved until the program is complete.

There may also be one or two speaking slots available if you have a topic in mind that complements the conference theme of "Advancing the ATM into the Next Generation, Together".  Contact ATMIA Canada executive director, David Tente directly.
Stay safe and keep well in these challenging times.

Understanding lean bank branches and the benefits of this model

Lean bank branches are physical locations in which banking
services have been augmented to increase efficiency, reduce operating costs and encourage greater customer satisfaction.  Their popularity as a branch model is on the rise, but many bank branches have already closed. In fact, data from Which? revealed that over 3,000 bank branches have been shut in the UK since 2015 as a result of declining footfall, as well as
increasing costs and rising competition from online challenger banks.  Read more . . .
