Dr. Eboo Patel is Founder and President of Interfaith Youth Core. He received his doctorate in the sociology of religion from Oxford University where he studied on a Rhodes scholarship. He has authored many books including Acts of Faith: The Story of an American Muslim, in the Struggle for the Soul of a Generation and Out of Many Faiths: Religious Diversity and the American Promise.
This was part of Eboo's talk at our 2018 Jewish-Christian-Muslim Triennial Interfaith Dialogue. In this short clip he begins a Muslim theology of diversity based on the diversity of the creation. As you watch, consider what your framework might be for understanding and engaging human diversity.
