A sold out City Club of Cleveland (video upload soon) forum laid out what it takes and how to do it. Now is the time for the Cleveland Community to make it happen as a leader in successful reentry. It simply is not enough to train our students for a career in the restaurant industry. The perspective of those who make decisions in the community must change as well.
Over the past three months, the local and national media has featured EDWINS Leadership & Restaurant Institute and the work we are doing to change the face of reentry. The New York Times, Forbes, The Plain Dealer, The Manhattan Institute for Policy Research and others all have the same message - EDWINS is proving that successful reentry is possible for anyone, regardless of their past.
