Software Update for Nortec GS CS/NX Integrated Controller

Overview:
Condair is continuously working on improvements to our products based on ongoing product testing as well as feedback from the field. This new 5.8 base software features an updated BACnet stack which allows the humidifier to be connected as a “master” device (in a BACnet MSTP network) as a standard feature. Already launched with the Nortec EL and RS, this new feature and software update is now available with the Nortec GS humidifiers which have the integrated controller. Previously, the GS integrated controller was only capable of acting as a “slave node” without the addition of a BTL Certified add-on option. Some other updates with this new software include:
General bug fixes
Added IP support for Modbus (Modbus/RTU, Modbus/TCP)
Condair rebranding updates
Modbus and BACnet start up enhancements
Updates to water management system software
How to Update the Software:
To perform the software update, the latest version of the software can be downloaded directly from www.condair.com under the Downloads section. Once firmware is installed on a USB, please refer to the following instructions:
There is a new kit available for the GS integrated controller that comes from factory installed with the latest software. Kit information below:
