Dear Partners and Supporters,
It has been quite a year for both the global health and the health information system communities. With lessons learned from the COVID-19 pandemic, we have never been more assured of the importance of quality data for reporting accurate case numbers, identifying the most vulnerable demographics, making resource decisions to ensure equitable access to testing and treatment, and tracking actions to measure progress and address emerging gaps.
PMI Measure Malaria has continued its work to strengthen country health information systems for improved malaria outcomes. Join PMI Measure Malaria at the 70th annual meeting of the American Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene, held virtually this year from Wednesday, November 17, to Sunday, November 21, 2021. Hear from our experts about our latest work, including our learnings from rolling-out DHIS2 in Madagascar, ensuring quality of malaria surveillance data through data quality assessment and training in DRC and Cameron, assessing adherence to COVID-19 safety measures during mass campaigns in Kenya, and much more! See below for a full list of poster presentations from our project experts.
