A Note from CC's Food Service Provider Bon Appétit

Hello, Tiger Parents!
February was full of food fun including—
- Our first-ever pop-in with creative mocktails from local business, Springs Culture Kombucha.
- Everyone’s favorite pizza guy, Mic, served up heart-shaped pizza in Rastall’s for Valentine's Day.
- Down at the Preserve, Chef Brad highlighted Mexican cuisine during Block 5 (pictured above)—a student favorite.
Coming up for March—
- We'll be highlighting some of our fantastic women including cook Laura Hoffman and her favorite spiced roasted garlic pork loin with brown sugar cinnamon apple compote.
- Saint Patrick’s Day drinks: Iced matcha and a new golden milk latte packed with turmeric (a great agent to help with inflammation and joint pain).
- Students can participate in our NCAA Men's Basketball March Madness bracket and make their picks for a chance to win a prize from Bon Appétit.
CC students are our top priority, and all of us at Bon Appétit want to ensure their food needs are being met. Resident district manager Kristin Ridgway—and assistant general manager Curtis Werner—are eager to assist you and your students with any questions or concerns you may have.

Double the impact of your Parents Fund contribution through the Clement Challenge!
Thanks to an extraordinary unrestricted bequest from the late alumnus William "Bill" Clement '42, donors have a unique opportunity to double the impact of their contribution with a matching allocation from the Clement gift through the end of the year.
From now until Dec. 31, when you support current and future CC students with a gift to one of these priority areas identified on campus: Annual Fund, Financial Aid, Sustainability, Student Opportunities, Mental Health and Wellness, Antiracism, or Parents Fund—your impact will double with a matching allocation (up to $25,000) from the Clement gift. Up to $2 million of his gift is going towards the challenge.
Participating in the Clement Challenge not only doubles your impact but also showcases your commitment to Colorado College's ongoing success. Let's unite to empower the next generation with a strengthened foundation for excellence!
On behalf of our students, thank you for your continued support for Colorado College and our students. For questions, please contact annualgiving@coloradocollege.edu.
