Dear Colleagues:
An important goal of our strategic plan, Destination 2040: Our Flight Path, is to serve our graduate students and other adults throughout their lifetime educational journeys. One way Ball State University serves this population is through our innovative online programs.
U.S. News & World Report’s
recent analysis of online programs demonstrates the excellent education our University provides. Six graduate programs were in the top 20 in the country—two of them were in the top 5.
U.S. News ranked our master’s programs in curriculum and educational technology and nursing education fourth and fifth, respectively. The other four programs within the top 20 are Ball State’s master’s programs in educational administration and supervision, special education, nursing, and the MBA. Our online bachelor’s degree ranked 29th.
Among U.S. News’ "Best Online Programs for Veterans," Ball State ranked 10th for master's degrees in education programs, 11th for MBA, and 22nd for bachelor’s degrees.
This recognition is the result of the hard work and expertise of our talented faculty and dedicated staff. Adult learners often juggle multiple roles at work and at home. By offering flexible options to complete our graduate programs, Ball State accelerates their career fulfillment and enhances their personal wellbeing.
Below are just a few more stories that I hope you will enjoy and then share. Let your friends and colleagues know how "We Fly" at Ball State.
Sincerely,
