Updates, News, Requests, and Reminders
Candidate bulk messaging: Units can now communicate with applicants via MyTrack. Users with access to the job requisition can send messages to the entire pool or to a subset. To learn how to do this, see April's HRCP meeting presentation (slides 19-27).
New workplace injury reporting portal: Safety and Risk Services has launched a streamlined webform for reporting workplace injuries. Save the link for access, and share with supervisors.
Officer of Administration review tracking: HR Operations is working on a new tool for tracking OA performance reviews. The target to launch the new process is May 2024. If you track faculty reviews in Banner for PWAREVW, the OA process will look familiar. We'll offer support resources before the new process launches.

SEIU April pay: Eligible SEIU employees will receive the one-time $1500 payment (prorated by FTE) and the 6.5% COLA  that were negotiated during the recent economic reopener. For more information, see the Employee and Labor Relations website or email uoelr@uoregon.edu.
Tip of the Month
Summer is coming! Did you know that VSP offers members a $150 allowance per calendar year for ready-made, non-prescription sunglasses, instead of prescription glasses or contacts?
If you already have prescription glasses or contacts through VSP, they offer a 30% savings on additional glasses or sunglasses from the same provider on the same day as your well vision exam.
