Our In Person Welcome Back Event is happening on Saturday, 11/5, from 9am-12pm. A complimentary breakfast will be provided from 8am-9am. It is time to submit your calendar for the 2022-23 season, using the link below or by clicking here. This form is for all employment status types, whether you are interested in full-time or part-time. The season is just about a month away and we need to have these schedules submitted by November 5th. 

Requests for each day throughout the season are limited this year. You will see this number listed on each day you select for you preferred schedule. This number will change with availability to meet our scheduling needs. Once a day is full, it will not be an option for your schedule.

You will receive an email copy of your responses after hitting the green submit button, please keep this for your records.

Many of you have started to get notifications prompting you to complete LIFT training sessions. Prior to jumping into those, ensure that you have reset your password for the season on Epic Employee. Login using the same username you had last year (contact your manager if you are unable to locate this information) and the generic password: P$wdDDMMYY (where DDMMYY is your birthday). Once logged-in, it will prompt you to set a new password for the season. 

The Annual Okemo Ski and Snowboard Swap to benefit Okemo Mountain School is the place to gear up for the winter with new and used gear at great prices.  You will find everything you need to get out on the hill this season…skis, snowboards, boots, bindings, helmets, goggles, outerwear, and more!  The best part about it is that all proceeds go to benefit the Okemo Mountain School in Ludlow, VT. The Swap is once again located in the Round House at Jackson Gore at Okemo Mountain Resort and is happening November 18-20. Please click here and/or the button to below for more information.

On Monday, Oct. 24, the employee devices Wi-Fi network, “VailResorts_Employee_Devices” will be replaced by a new wireless network named “EpicEmployee.” The new network is available now at your resort/location for you to connect to ahead of the transition. Follow these access and password instructions to connect to the new “EpicEmployee” network. Please ensure you are logged in with your Vail Resorts User ID to access the network instructions and password. After Monday at 9:00 am MT, “VailResorts_Employee_Devices” will no longer be available.
