Since the 70's this technology has been providing on-demand hot water all over Europe and has become more fashionable in the US since the early nineties.

Shoulder Season on the OBX

Whether or not it may seem like it, traditionally September begins our fall shoulder season here on the Outer Banks.

The shoulder season is generally the months outside of June, July and August when we receive most of our visitors. For vacation home owners, it's an opportunity for maintenance and repairs after a busy summer.
