The RTSWS Spring Mentorship is well underway across our 60+ high schools and secondary schools in 30 cities across the US, UK and Canada, with several cohorts already looking ahead to their second session!

During Session Two, students and their mentors take the RTSWS Career Quiz to learn more about rewarding opportunities within the finance industry. Students and Mentors also continue their conversation on the value of networking and how students can begin to build their professional network. Working together, they will craft a compelling elevator pitch the student can use to make connections in the future.

Maura Cunningham is Founder and CEO of Rock The Street, Wall Street , a financial and investment literacy program designed to bring both gender and racial equity to the financial markets and spark the interest of high school girls into finance. RTSWS is a non-profit partner of 100 Women In Finance.

Anders Hall is Vice Chancellor for Investments and Chief Investment Officer at Vanderbilt University. He works on the buy-side of the business and leads the Office of Investments, where he is responsible for managing the university’s $10 billion long-term investment pool, including the endowment.
