Dear Industry Colleagues,
We are pleased to invite you to participate in the 2026 IRIM Industry and Student Mixer focused on robotics talent at Georgia Tech.
This event is designed to maximize meaningful interactions in a short amount of time. Each participating company will have its own table, and students will rotate from table to table, allowing for brief, focused conversations with many recruiters. If you staff your table with two recruiters, you can expect to meet approximately 40–50 students during the session.
Student Attendees
Students attending the recruiting fair will include graduate students specializing in robotics and undergraduate students interested in pursuing careers in robotics.
At Georgia Tech, we currently have:
• ~100 students in our MS Robotics program
• ~150 students in our Robotics PhD program
• ~100 undergraduate students interested in robotics careers
• 100+ additional PhD students conducting robotics-related research across traditional
academic departments
Students will be seeking both short-term internships and permanent employment. For MS Robotics students in particular, an internship is a degree requirement, making them highly motivated and actively seeking opportunities.
Please feel free to send the invitation to your industry contacts as soon as possible. We’re excited about the opportunity to engage with our industry partners and look forward to continued collaboration with GTMI and RoboGeorgia.
Thank you for helping us spread the word, and please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
We look forward to seeing you there.
