| Fair Park reservations announcement from Stacy Holland

Message from Stacy Holland
The Technology, Lighting and Upgrade project at the Fair Park is starting on August 25th. As a result, the Fair Park is unable to reserve space in our facility buildings at this time. The duration of the space black out is yet unknown; however we are collaborating with the general contractor on phased reopening of the spaces. The final contract was approved and awarded in July. Work begins August 25th with a target completion date for the entire project of May 31, 2026.
We strongly encourage you to seek alternate meeting room space for all upcoming dates you have submitted.
As soon as we are able to open Fair Park buildings for reservations, we will contact anyone that has submitted a 2025 – 2026 4-H year request.
We look forward to having the 4-H activities return to the Fair Park as soon as we are able.
The 4-H Open House on Sept 11, and Tri-County Archery event in March 2026 are confirmed as scheduled at the Fair Park.

Reminder: for PUBLIC AGENCY CENTER (PAC) reservations, please email Melissa at the Planning & Parks office with the dates and times, or call (262) 335-4445. Building reservations are booked on a first come, first serve basis.
