CLARIFICATION: Phase III begins on Friday; our normal hours at the Preschool will begin on MONDAY, MARCH 8.
Dear Parents,
In light of the Governor's move to Phase III on Friday, March 5, 2021, the ECELP will resume normal hours of operation, 7:15 a.m. - 5:15 p.m. on MONDAY, MARCH 8. During Phase III, we will continue our car line each morning from 8:15 a.m. - 8:45 a.m. and each afternoon from 4:30 p.m. - 5:15 p.m. We will move to a dual classroom quarantine, with teachers across two classrooms sharing responsibility for children in the early morning and in the late afternoon. This allows us to continue our car line procedures while bringing in the lowest number of substitutes into the building.
During Phase III, we will continue to follow the health and safety procedures outlined by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Louisiana Office of Public Health (OPH), and the Louisiana Department of Education (LDOE).
