Order regalia: Early bird prices end Wednesday, February 4. Online sales end Thursday, April 2.

Apply to graduate: Bachelor's, master's, and doctoral candidates who completed, or will complete, their requirements in the fall 2025 or spring 2026 semesters may apply to graduate after completing registration for their final semester of classes. Please direct any registration questions to the Office of the Registrar.
- Fall 2025 degree candidates must apply online by November 15.

Summer 2026 candidates may apply to graduate when summer 2026 registration opens.

Though not required, we encourage all graduating students to:

- Visit the GW Campus Store for its Grads and Senior Appreciation Day tomorrow, Thursday, November 13, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. for 20% off diploma frames and 35% off planners and padfolios. Discount available online until 11:59 p.m.
- Sign up to receive updates from Georgie, GW’s chatbot that provides 24/7 support to graduates and families. Text "Hi" to 1-877-838-0027 or visit Georgie on the Commencement website. Messaging and data rates may apply; you may opt out at any time.

For summer and fall graduates: Check your alumni email storage requirements and limitations. All future Commencement Week-related messages will be sent to your GW email address. Once you complete your degree requirements, you are subject to the alumni email policies.

Enter the Commencement Student Speaker Competition when it opens in January.
- Make an appointment to take your Cherry Tree yearbook photo.
