"As someone who has worked in the local church for nearly twenty years, I can say that Covid-19 was a crash course on what faith and effective leadership look like," Ethan shares. "So much has shifted within the landscape of the Church, and I felt the need to contribute a Grace-filled perspective that encourages us to return, unite, and shine light in the darkness."
