» Smooth Landing: Dierks Bentley got a surprise yesterday (9/24) when he walked into Nashville venue The Sutler to celebrate his recent No. 1, "Drunk On A Plane" – an entire table of journalists waiting to talk to him dressed in pilot hats, aviator sunglasses and mustaches. Bentley tried in vain to keep a straight face throughout the round table interview. "It's been such a fun year and this song obviously has been a big part of that," he said. "It's one of those songs that reminds me of 'What Was I Thinkin',' with the impact it's had on our fans and the way they come dressed up to our shows. I remember being at Red Rocks in Colorado and seeing girls in hats and aviators. I pulled them up onstage and traded my trucker hat for a pilot's hat. They knew exactly what to do. They were dancing around behind me."

Bentley's song title has even become a catch phrase – or, socially-speaking, a hashtag. "The expression has taken off," he said. "People will tweet a picture saying 'I'm drunk on a plane' and they're in their back yard with a beer. I guess at this point it just means you're getting drunk. People expect me to be drunk every time I fly. I got a text from Cole Swindell the other day with the hashtag #hammeredonaplane. Maybe that will be the follow-up single on the next album."

» Engage Meants: Congratulations to Florida Georgia Line's Tyler Hubbard, who popped the question to girlfriend Hayley Stommel Monday (9/22). Hubbard tweeted this photo on the left of the couple celebrating in a helicopter post-"yes," saying "This is what a lucky man looks like right here. Not sure why but I sure am blessed to call this angel my fiancée. #loveisintheair #literally." Stommel posted the photo on the right, tweeting "Blessed to call this amazing man my fiancé. #Godgavemeyou #loveisintheair"

Best wishes are also in order for Jason Aldean and girlfriend Brittany Kerr who became engaged Wednesday (9/24) when Aldean proposed at the San Diego Zoo. Kerr posted a photo on her Instagram page from the zoo, saying "My man did it again. Today was amazing. #sandiegozoo #myeverything"

» Mixed Marital Arts: After seven years away, Trisha Yearwood is back and she's not pulling any punches. Her new album PrizeFighter: Hit After Hit (oooh, we get it!) comes out Nov. 17 with six new songs and 10 of her hits. From her first No. 1 "She's In Love With The Boy" to "XXX's And OOO's" and "How Do I Live," the collection packs a wallop. The title track "PrizeFighter" features her pal Kelly Clarkson. "This album was about bringing together the songs that show what I'm all about," Yearwood says. "These are the classic songs people fell in love with and the new songs that show 'what's next.'" Fans who pre-order through hubby Garth's new GhostTunes digital download store get the single and two other tracks instantly. See the song list here and pre-order here.

» Lucky Number Sevens: Lady Antebellum will kick off album release week with the "7for7" campaign beginning Monday (9/29). The band will surprise and fulfill seven wishes for seven fans in seven days across the country. A social media call for nominations of those who are deserving of a surprise Lady A visit was issued a few weeks ago. "We can't wait to see this idea come to life," says said Lady A's Hillary Scott. "There are so many inspiring fans out there who we want to celebrate." Their fifth studio album 747 lands Tuesday (9/30). See what we did there?
