The Center’s current Research Associate and former graduate student, Fariha Rahman, attended the American Public Health Association conference, where she had the opportunity to present findings from her master’s project, “ADHD Diagnosis and Differential Presentation in Girls: A Qualitative Secondary Thematic Analysis of Parent & Teen Perspectives.” She had a blast networking with other professionals passionate about ADHD and mental health. Stay tuned as we continue to grow the Center’s research program!

Designing Solutions for Women with ADHD
|
This fall, the Center partnered with Duke University engineering students to explore solutions to a common challenge for women with ADHD: remembering to take daily medication. Two student teams interviewed women with ADHD and developed early prototypes. The Center is excited to continue supporting the students as they refine and build on their ideas.
