Pumpkin isn’t just for lattes - it’s packed with vitamin A, fiber, and potassium to support vision, digestion, and muscle health. Try adding 100% canned pumpkin to oatmeal, smoothies, or chili for a simple seasonal boost!
Schedule an appointment with one of the Registered Dietitians to help you turn seasonal produce into balanced meals.

Fall is officially here, which means leaves are changing and temperatures are cooling. It also means an increased risk of spreading common viruses like the flu, which can be dangerous. Make sure you’re doing your part in protecting the hive at Georgia Tech by getting your flu shot! Getting vaccinated can keep you from getting the flu, reduce the severity of illness, and reduce the risk of hospitalization from the flu. Stamps Health Services is hosting free flu clinics for students who have paid their student health fee.
