From Student to Speaker: RTSWS Alumna Takes the Stage

At CFA Institute CareerFest 2025 and CFA Institute Live in Chicago, RTSWS alumna Alinda Li shared her story during the Lightning Tent Talks. A former RTSWS student from our Chicago cohort, Alinda went on to graduate from the University of Michigan and now works as an Equity Research Associate at William Blair. Her talk highlighted what early access to financial education and industry mentors can make possible.
