Grad Fair

Our Grad Fair is today! All soon-to-be graduates are encouraged to stop by for answers to questions or to purchase Commencement-related products. Please see event details below.
When: Tuesday, February 17, 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Where: Franz Hall Lobby
  • Order graduation announcements and rings.
  • Have your senior portrait taken for The Log yearbook.
  • Make your Senior Gift and learn about exclusive Senior Class events.
  • Visit the Pop-Up Portrait Studio, where you can get your picture taken by a professional photographer:
    • Cap and gown photos (cap and gown provided).
    • Professional headshots for LinkedIn.
For those who are unable to attend or need additional support, Jostens representatives will also be available for follow-up questions on Wednesday, February 18, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Commencement Checklist

The Commencement Checklist is now open. There, students will:
  • Order their cap & gown
  • Order their tickets
  • Confirm a few other details for Commencement
Students received the link via their UP email. The form must be completed by Monday, March 2.

Commencement Portrait Sessions

Each year, many students request to borrow caps and gowns for graduation photos. To better support our graduates, the University is offering dedicated Commencement portrait sessions in the weeks leading up to Commencement Weekend.
During these sessions, students will have access to a University-provided cap and gown and a professional photographer for a brief, staged portrait experience. Appointments are required and can be scheduled in advance on the Commencement website.

Meet Gradmate, Our Commencement Chatbot

Have a Commencement question? Start with Gradmate, our new chatbot designed to quickly and accurately answer common Commencement questions.
Gradmate is available on the Commencement website and can also be accessed by scanning the QR code or texting “Hi” to 855.621.9966. If Gradmate cannot answer your question, you will be prompted to submit it for follow-up.
