As I share these words with you, I have begun my transition to the role of Interim Vice President for the Division of Administration. I am honored to have been chosen to fill in for Carlo Collella in an interim capacity as the university embarks on a search for a permanent replacement. I am also steadfast in my support for Kristy Long as she takes the helm for FM in my absence. She is perfectly suited for this interim role and will continue to move FM into the future. The work in progress, such as the daily critical work on behalf of the campus, the implementation of a new Integrated Work Management System and the execution of our customer service strategy (a critical part of FM’s Strategic Plan) will carry on. FM will continue to be a first-class facilities organization, and I will continue to be there with you as we accomplish great things together.
Sincerely,
Bob
