STAY AWHILE
Planning to stay on campus this summer? The summer housing application is still open, with rooms available in Clark and Mozart Halls based on availability. To be eligible, you must be enrolled in summer courses during your selected housing dates. No payment is due at the time of application, but charges will be posted to your myUNT account.
Meal plans are also available! Bruceteria will be the only dining hall open this summer, and your plan will also work at campus retail dining locations. Plans can be purchased at any time, but an early purchase will maximize your benefits.

LOCAL GRADUATIONS
North Central Texas College and area high schools will be hosting their graduation ceremonies at the UNT Coliseum from Friday, May 16, through Wednesday, May 28. Parking and traffic may be affected, so check the schedule and plan accordingly. Parking for graduates and their guests can be found in Lot 20, with accessible parking in Lots 26 and 27.

PEDAL WITH PURPOSE
Celebrate National Bike to Work Week by joining the UNT/TWU Bike to Lunch ride on Friday, May 16, for students, faculty and staff. Meet at 11 a.m. at the University Union for a guided group ride to downtown Denton for lunch.
It's a perfect way to enjoy fresh air, good food and great company while promoting wellness and sustainability on campus. If you don't have a bike or helmet, a limited number may be available through Rec Sports. Find details on the sign-up form, or email christopher.hawke@unt.edu with questions.

GLOBAL ACCESSIBILITY DAY
For Global Accessibility Awareness Day on Thursday, May 15, students are invited to a special screening of Beetlejuice Beetlejuice featuring accessibility-enhanced features such as ASL interpretation, along with free popcorn and refreshments.

SUMMER CLASSES BEGIN
Summer is officially in session, with the 3 Week 1 term already underway. If you're enrolled in the 5 Week 1 session, classes begin Monday, May 19. The last day to add or switch sections is Wednesday, May 21, for 5 Week 1 and Friday, May 23, for the 10 Week session.

NORTON WRITER'S PRIZE
The Norton Writer's Prize is a national contest that recognizes outstanding original nonfiction by undergraduates, with three $1,000 cash prizes available. Entries can include literacy narratives, memoirs, proposals, textual analyses and more. The deadline to submit is Sunday, June 15. Visit the website for full details and submission guidelines.
