Compass, an NIH-funded Early-career Leadership Development Program
Compass, a new on line training and mentoring program for early-career faculty and late-stage postdocs, develops leadership and management skills and equips participants with practical skills and tools to apply immediately as a researcher. Compass is open to researchers nationally and requires 3-4 hours per week. Fall cohort begins September 11. Register by August 14.
