Message from the DirectorAnother fruitful month for the Sydney Nano team, with more to come. We worked closely with the Westmead Research Hub on ' Science Outside Your Comfort Zone', leading impactful discussions with colleagues across Medicine, and externally with CSIRO. Looking ahead, we have a number of excellent opportunities open with Sydney Nano, including EOI's for 2022/23 Deputy Director positions, and an opportunity to join a scoping group for the newly-formed Quantum Initiative. For our students, our Taste of Research awards are once again open, a fantastic opportunity to learn from an inspiring academic, and learn about life as a researcher. Congratulations to our ECR Support Fund awardees, HDR Development Award Recipients, and to Prof. Anita Ho-Baillie and team on a Eureka Prize Finalist position.
The University has generously provided staff with two concessional days next week, I hope we can all take the time to recharge, afresh for the exciting months ahead. Take care.
Professor Ben Eggleton
Director, Sydney Nano
