Integrated Services for Behavioral Health Receives Quality Improvement Award
Integrated Services for Behavioral Health received the “We Prioritize Quality and Safety” Quality Improvement award, which recognizes an organization that communicates clearly, puts clients and families at the center of every decision, and routinely seeks input from others.
Integrated Services formed a second team to review data to ensure patients are appropriately followed up seven days after discharge for hospitalization. Additionally, they have prioritized that first visits happen within 10 days from intake - even hiring a care coordinator to focus specifically on reaching out to discharged patients after they were hospitalized for mental illness. Integrated Services has also spent the last year growing their intensive treatments so they can offer the most well-rounded services to their patients. Each initiative prioritizes the mental safety of their patients while delivering compassionate, family-centered care. Integrated Services for Behavioral Health is motivated, consistent, inclusive and collaborative, making them a wonderful example for this award. Congratulations on a job well done!
