National Representation: The Region 8 Board elects representatives to serve on boards for two national partners: National Community Action Foundation (NCAF) and the National Community Action Partnership (NCAP). For 60 years, Community Action Agencies have helped millions of people each year change their lives and reach their full potential with life-changing services like housing support, early childhood education, job skills training, and more. Join us throughout 2024 as we recognize the work that the Community Action Network has done over the past 6 decades and move forward into the future.

Join the Community Action Partnership of North Dakota in 2024 for Tech Talk. Tech Talk is a series of monthly sessions that will help participants learn about a variety of technology related subjects in a stress free, non-judgmental atmosphere.
Sessions are held the third Thursday of each month from 3pm - 4pm CST / 2pm - 1pm MST. Registration is required and attendees can attend any or all sessions throughout the year.

Affordable Connectivity Program Extension Act
U.S. Senators Peter Welch (D-Vt.), JD Vance (R-Ohio), Jacky Rosen (D-Nev.), and Kevin Cramer (R-N.D.) and U.S. Representatives Yvette D. Clarke (NY-09) and Brian Fitzpatrick (PA-01) led their colleagues in the bicameral, bipartisan introduction of the Affordable Connectivity Program Extension Act. This legislation would provide $7 billion for the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP), which provides affordable high-speed internet options to qualifying households across the U.S.
