Description of Reported Offenders:
Although neither complainant witnessed the theft, one student did witness the first scooter being taken by an unknown suspect described as male-presenting, with a light complexion, 5'10, wearing a blue baseball cap, a dark grey zip-up jacket, a yellow shirt with a sunset logo, black shorts, red socks, and black sneakers. A review of camera footage also shows that the suspect "piggybacked" into Tisch bike racks.
