Regulatory Studies Center's Groundbreaking Dashboard
Dashboard
An example of the Congressional Review Act Dashboard
The Regulatory Studies Center (RSC) encourages the use of its new Congressional Review Act Dashboard, a tool for examining potential implications of administrative changes on federal regulations. Led by senior policy analyst Mark Febrizio in collaboration with researchers Zoey Xie and Sarah Hay, the Dashboard serves a diverse array of stakeholders, including industry observers, advocacy groups, federal policymakers, journalists, and academics. RSC Director Roger Nober shares, "The CRA dashboard is an essential resource for regulated companies, federal policymakers, advocacy groups, journalists, and academics who want greater awareness of the regulatory state of play in 2025." Nober also noted that the largest surprise of the dashboard since its launch is how often it is being used as a reference point for data about the CRA.
