What Does It Feel Like? Shakespeare's Experiential Ethics |

UCSB Library is pleased to present Jim Kearney (English) in the Pacific Views: Library Speaker Series for Spring 2026. In his talk "What does it feel like? Shakespeare’s Experiential Ethics," Kearney will discuss how Shakespearean theater functions as a laboratory for simulating ethical experiences, inviting audiences to vicariously feel the weight of extreme moral dilemmas.

The Library is now accepting applications for the 2026 Library Award for Undergraduate Research.
Undergraduate students who have produced a scholarly or creative work using Library resources are invited to apply by April 16. Winners receive monetary prizes.
