Dear Silver Community, 

We're looking forward seeing you all at our LGBTQIA+ Community Conversation Series, beginning with our Doctoral Cohort tomorrow at 4:00 PM.

Over the next 3 weeks, we will be virtually hosting a series of small group discussion. We will focus on:
      1) the needs of our community in this area, 
      2) a set of actions/strategies to address these needs, and 
      3) potential processes to evaluate if/how we address those needs.

These focus areas are based on a structured process and will provide a framework for the discussions that support a safe and inclusive space. Please register and join your constituent group.

We would love to have you join us and share your thoughts on supporting an inclusive and welcoming community at Silver.

Of course, this is the beginning, and we are hopeful that Silver will continue our work as a community in this area during the AY 23-24 academic year.
