Welcome to the December edition of the SOLVE-CHD monthly updates 2022. This monthly e-newsletter will keep you up to date with the key progress of the SOLVE-CHD projects and provide updates on our events and initiatives. Simply 
email solve-chd.info@sydney.edu.au if you wish to share/add anything from your area that is directly/indirectly related to the SOLVE-CHD program. We would also strongly encourage you to share your research highlights and successes that is relevant to cardiac rehabilitation and secondary prevention with us so that we can celebrate your achievements with our network. 
It has been a great year for SOLVE-CHD, on behalf of the Stakeholder Group, we'd like to take this opportunity to thank you, our National Network members, for all your involvement, contribution, committment and friendship to the SOLVE-CHD program. Working with you this past year has been a pleasure and we’re proud to have you all with us. we believe there is no limit to our SYNERGY and together we will make a difference!

In the past year or so, we have been showcasing SOLVE-CHD talented researchers on monthly basis.
 From 2023, we would like to invite you to submit your project in cardivascular rehabilitation field to be featured in our monthly Project Spotlight section! Simply submit your entry to solve-chd.info@sydney.edu.au with a brief description of your project (with an image), people involved and expected outcome/impact of your study.
