Early Dismissal on Friday!
A friendly reminder that Friday, December 16, is a NOON dismissal day.
The CHRISTMAS BREAK begins at noon on December 16-January 2. Classes resume on Tuesday, January 3. We wish everyone a joyous and relaxing holiday!

Annual Christmas Pageant
For many Dragon families and alumni, St. Michael's annual Christmas Pageant marks the beginning of the Christmas season. We are pleased to continue this cherished tradition which started at St M in the early 1970s.
This year, the pageant will be presented at two times (with two casts) on Friday, December 16, 8:30 a.m. and 10 a.m., in the Perkinson Arts Center. We will also live-stream them both for remote viewing.
Stay tuned for an important email that will go out by Thursday, December 15, with pageant details, schedules, and live-stream links for the morning of December 16.
Note: All St M students will view a pageant dress rehearsal this week to experience this St M tradition.

Holiday Guidelines
St. Michael's stresses Christmas as a religious holiday. As such, gift-giving among students is discouraged and collections from Room Parents are not encouraged or expected. Please note the solicitation of additional money from students or parents is against school policy.
For this holiday season, please keep in mind:
- If your child wants to exchange gifts with friends from school, please do not have them do so during school hours or on school property.
- Please do not solicit money from parents or students to give teachers/administrators gifts.
- While providing gifts to teachers and/or administrators is not expressly prohibited, it is not expected. If you or your child(ren) wish to provide a gift, please consider a card or handmade item.

Tuition Credit Raffle: The Odds Are In Your Favor!
Purchase a tuition raffle ticket for a chance to win a $5,000 tuition credit for the 2023-2024 school year!
You may continue to purchase raffle tickets through January 20. The winner will be drawn at the Auction. Only 250 tickets will be sold. Grandparents, family, and friends may purchase tuition raffle tickets and designate a family to receive the credit. No limit to the number of tickets you may purchase. A minimum of 125 tickets must be sold.

| COVID Reporting Protocol/Form
If someone in your family has symptoms, has been exposed, or is being tested for COVID-19, please inform the School IMMEDIATELY IN WRITING via the COVID-19 Reporting Form linked below. The link is also on the School website.
Upon receipt of this information, Nurse Maben, St M's school nurse, will contact the family. The confidentiality of the diagnosed student or teacher will be maintained. Please keep your child(ren) AT HOME until contacted by Nurse Maben.
