Conference Day/Student Holiday on Monday, Nov. 7

Parent/Teacher/Advisor Q1 Conferences will be held on Monday, November 7. This day is also a student holiday.
Conference Day Playbook
  • Extended Day is open to families from 8 a.m.-6 p.m. on November 8. Registration for that day is now closed and we are unable to accept any additional drop-in requests.

  • For families planning to bring their children to their conference(s), students must sit quietly outside the classroom door while they wait. It is recommended that they bring a book or other quiet activity to pass the time.
  • Extended Day will be unable to accommodate short 15-minute drop-ins, and for their safety, students do not have permission to be anywhere (such as the playground) without parental supervision. Thanks for your support!

Q1 Report Cards

  • Middle School Families: Report cards are now visible in PowerSchool. Paper copies will not be sent home. In June, students will receive a printed copy of the full-year report card.
  • Lower School Families: Report cards went home in backpacks on Thursday, November 3. (If your child was absent, you will receive it at your teacher conference.)

Annual Thanksgiving Canned Food Drive

St. Michael's all-school canned food drive is November 6-15 to benefit the St. Michael's Church Food Pantry. In these challenging economic times, the Food Pantry is serving more people than ever. Food items will be collected in homerooms and advisories.

See this flyer for a more comprehensive list of suggested donations. Please ensure the canned goods you donate from your pantry have not expired.
The cans collected will be "blessed" at our November 15 Chapel service. As Harvest Helpers, our fifth graders will sort all of the food donations and deliver them to the Food Pantry. Thank you in advance for your support!
