Applications for Small Business Rent Relief Program Opens March 8

Oregon small business owners who have struggled to pay their rent during the coronavirus pandemic can apply for help from the state beginning Monday, March 8. Business Oregon, the state's economic development agency, is administering the program. Grants up to $100,000 per business tenant and a maximum of $3 million for each landlord may be awarded.
Landlords must complete the initial application, but both the businesses and property owners need to participate in the application process and sign the grant agreement in order to qualify for funding.

Reminder: PPP Funding Available

The Small Business Administration (SBA) is currently not reviewing or accepting applications from businesses with more than 20 employees. If you are a small business or sole proprietor, now is the time to apply for funding. Starting March 9 at 5:00 p.m. ET, all qualified businesses will once again be able to submit their applications.
The program is set to expire at the end of March and approximately half of the funds allocated are still available. We highly encourage you to take advantage of the PPP, including the opportunity to apply for a Second Draw loan.
The Travel Industry Relief Resources page continues to house the latest information, details and useful links to make sure you can access the federal support available.
