The Night of Lights: Blue Devil Walkathon is back for year three! Join teams from across campus for an energizing night in support of mental health awareness. Co-hosted with Duke Line Monitors and Campus Wellness, this after-dark event challenges teams to see how many laps they can complete around Morris-Williams Track in just three hours.

Former U.S. Poet Laureate Joy Harjo to Speak at Duke Chapel |
Former United States Poet Laureate Joy Harjo will give a poetry reading and join a public conversation titled Poetry and Spirituality on Tuesday, March 3, at 6:00 p.m. in Duke Chapel. The event is Duke Chapel’s 2026 Pluralism Lecture and part of the Provost’s Initiative on Pluralism, Free Inquiry, and Belonging.
Harjo, a member of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation, served as U.S. Poet Laureate from 2019 to 2022, becoming the first Native American to hold the role. She is an acclaimed poet, memoirist, musician, and editor whose work explores the intersections of art, spirituality, and community.
