EOA: Mindfulness, How to Stay Centered and Focused
Learn the tools to create short respites each day, where you could disconnect, relax, and prepare your brain to help you get back on track. During this 45 minute session, you’ll learn simple techniques that will help you get your brain into the Alpha state - otherwise known as “the zone”. You’ll learn to practice these techniques yourself, in your own space, in short moments, whenever you want.
