A message from Marlene…
Dear friends,
It is often said that the only thing that is certain is change, and never in our lifetimes has change come as quickly, dramatically, and unexpectedly as it has in these last few months. The COVID-19 pandemic brought rapid and sometimes chaotic change to all of us; but what never changes or wavers is our dedication to serve the poor and vulnerable.
Many of you have already received details about our online fundraiser for CFC’s COVID-19 Impact Fund. I wanted to make sure you had an opportunity to watch this video and hear from me and two other CFC leaders, Lisa Lewis, our Vice President for Crisis and Emergency Services, and Stephanie Schaeffer, CFC Board Chair, about the difference your support can make to our staff and those we serve.
Yes, change is certain; but what is also certain is that Catholic Family Center will always respond to those who need us most. Your support makes all of this possible. No amount is too small and every gift is appreciated and will be directed to this specific COVID-19 Impact Fund.
All of us at CFC thank you for your compassion, and for allowing us to be your hands in this sacred work.
In gratitude,
Marlene
President & CEO
