- The renewal fee for firm licenses is $75. An additional processing fee of $25 will be added if renewing by check.

The Virginia CPA who is your firm principal licensee must renew his or her individual CPA license before the firm renewal is complete.
- While you renew, please ensure the VBOA has the most up-to-date contact information for you on file.
- If your firm license expires, the cost to reinstate is $500.
