The Nook is partnering with Give Day to stock the employee pantry shelves ahead of the summer months. From March 30 to April 8, donation bags will be placed in campus buildings for faculty and staff who wish to donate needed items like nonperishable food, household goods and personal hygiene products.
- Staff Senate earned a narrow victory in last week's Battle of the Senates runoff. Together, both Senates raised $7,305 for the Employee Emergency Fund and the Employee Emergency Endowment.

Rick Boyles, associate professor of cereal grains breeding and genetics, was awarded a grant from the U.S. Department of Agriculture to develop higher-yielding, disease-resistant sorghum hybrids tailored to farmers in the eastern United States, where commercial options remain scarce.

Jesus M. de la Garza was selected for the Distinguished Alumnus Award from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign’s Civil and Environmental Engineering Alumni Association. The award recognizes the most accomplished alumni of the university's Civil and Environmental Engineering program and is presented at the association’s largest event of the year.

- The Avenue of Champions will be closed beginning today at 7 p.m. through the conclusion of the Spring Game on Saturday, March 28. No parking will be allowed on Williamson Road between Avenue of Champions and South Palmetto Boulevard beginning at 5 p.m. on Friday, March 27, through the conclusion of the Spring Game.

Historic Properties is hosting a series of Clemson History Week events from March 30 to April 1 to explore the stories, people and traditions that shaped Clemson University. All programs are free and open to the public.

The deadline to file claims for 2025 MoneyPlus flexible spending accounts is Tuesday, March 31. Medical spending account participants can submit claims for expenses that occurred on or before December 31, 2025. Dependent Care spending account participants can submit claims for expenses that occurred on or before March 15, 2026. Questions should be directed to ASIFlex.
